Description: Ideal to use with all Waxness soft wax cartridges, the WX-1D double heater offers a simple and reliable service. On the exterior, the heater is molded in a highly resistant ABS thermoplastic plastic resin, and aluminum is used for the quality inner construction. The heater is equipped with a variable temperature thermostat with a digital display and a detachable base.

To prolong the life and efficiency of the warmer, it is recommended that a Waxness soft wax cartridge always be inserted into the heating chamber. Never pour wax directly into the heating well.
To maintain the optimum condition of the heater, clean regularly. Use Waxness Citrus Cleaner for heavy wax residues. Do not use the Citrus Cleaner directly on the LOGO print of the heater.

Instructions for use:
Remove the heater lid and place the wax cartridge directly into the heating chamber. (We recommend Waxness cartridges.)
Plug in the appliance. Move clockwise the thermostat switch setting the desired temperature, between 30 and 95 0 C (86 - 203 0 F) When you set up a new temperature the display will blink and it will stop blinking when the temperature is set. Please note the heaters display indicates the heater's coil temperature. The temperature of the cartridge is significantly lower than the heaters coil temperature, between 10 to 30 F depending on the ambient temperature. The wax cartridge may need between 20 to 30 min to reach the working temperature. When the wax reached the working temperature should be in a viscous liquid honey-like consistency and easy to apply with the roll on the skin.
To apply the wax on the shin please remove the heater from the base then, after the wax is applied put it back on the base.
To ensure the wax has reached a suitable temperature and to avoid loss of profitable working time, it is recommended to plug in the heater approximately one-half hour before services begin.
Unplug and cover the unit loosely with a lid when not in use.
Caution: Locking the lid tightly may cause the lid to break. If the lid adheres to the melting pot, pre-heat the warmer prior to lid removal to prevent the lid from cracking.

Your warmer has been tested before leaving the factory and is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects, under normal use, for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the heater will fail to operate due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it with date proof of purchase. WARNING
To reduce the risk of burns, fire, or injury:
Always test the wax on a small area of the skin before application.
Do not apply wax near the eyes, or to any skin injury, eruption, or surface growth.
DO NOT USE on Tretinoin Cream users. Do not touch the metallic surfaces of the warmer. The unit is hot when in use. Use only on a flat, solid, surface.
Do not plug in a unit where the power cord can be tripped on or where the cord hangs over the edge of the working table and can be pulled off.
Do not leave the unit powered on unattended. If wax begins to smoke, unplug the unit immediately and have checked by an electrician.
Allow unit to cool before, cleaning or storing.
Do not leave children unattended around the working heater. Use the unit only for the intended use as described in this booklet.

If the unit falls into water, unplug it immediately.

Do not connect more than 3 heaters to an extension cord.

Do not touch the metallic parts of the heater while the power is on.
To change the wax cartridge please disconnect the heater from the mains and leave the wax to cool for 20 min.
